We can get everything we need from plants it literally that simple and in fact our body functions better being vegan so why not do some research and see for yourself.
A lot of people are concerned and curious what food helps hair grow and to be honest if you want to have your body function to its peak it requires balance. A balanced diet covering all food groups plus looking after our body in terms of sleep, stress etc etc. a healthy growth is part what’s going on inside and what you do with it on the outside. So maintaining a clean scalp, conditioning the hair and not destroying it with heat, excessive color or styling which a lot of times is over done then think you can do a “hair spa” to fix it think again!
