It’s not uncommon for us to be asked which food we should eat to make your hair grow faster, look healthier, shine etc etc and some so called experts will give you the most random new ” power fruit ” to make you rush off and buy it by the kilo.
The reality behind healthy hair is a balanced diet with the right amount of each food group. Sounds too easy though so it mustn’t be totally accurate there must be something else. Nope it’s really that simple, if your skipping one of the food groups because your a vegetarian then dose up of the loss with other fruits or vegetables 🥒 or nuts from the other groups!
Healthy hair can not be bought it happens when you are conscious about it, visit the salon frequently and don’t do things that endanger your hair health!
