So we all know 2020 has started like part 17 of hunger games and it’s been a challenge to be positive about a lot of things, let’s be honest! But don’t stress because you have all the tools to be able to at least feel good about something. No not talking about getting your hair done, although that will help.
Talking about loving yourself, holding value in who you are, not letting anyone treat you less than you deserve or not thinking you deserve better. It’s one thing to let one small thing slide, it’s another to let it become the normal. Have big expectations of yourself and the interactions you have, if someone or something doesn’t fit into it it may be time to cut it off and move on.
It’s a two way street and if you find that it’s becoming one sided it’s time to take control. Life is too short to hold on to negative or something that’s not working. Could be your long layers, a toxic relationship, a fade diet or just a crappy job it’s time to set higher standards if you want the best life possible!
