Most of us guys are not always the most well groomed at the best of times! We know how too but self motivation on our looks often goes by the wayside and in times like this it shouldn’t!
It’s been over 3 months for a lot of people working from home and you have gone from a busy office with several people interacting with you every hour to maybe one or two a week. It’s real and we can say we like our own company ( which is great ) but we also need physical interaction. It’s ok to seek help, in fact you should. Text a friend or relative and tell them your not coping, it’s ok. Don’t be silent and try to fix it on your own by ignoring it but also adapt to some Positive self talk it not only helps but can put everything into perspective.
It’s important that you continue to make an effort every day on how you look, because it’s a direct reflection to how you feel so go shower, shave, do your hair and put some fresh clothes on!
Whatever you are feeling is most likely normal and we are all feeling it but you need to work out what you need in order to get through it.
