Worried about going bald?

Yes hair falls out and it does daily, yes in different seasons it may fall out more than others. Hormones and medicine can cause increase hair fall and change of water also. But your body adjusts and you will be fine and your hair will be too!

At any given point 90% of your hair is growing and 10% is dying ( but will be replaced) that’s not a new thing, google it!

Every day you will have hair come out, some days more than others! No eating more of this or than or even taking supplements isn’t going to change the way your body is made, eat a healthy diet, use Sulfate free products and shampoo regularly, healthy scalp healthy growth!

Rubbing kitchen scraps, oil, onion pulp, eggs, fish oil etc is only going to give your scalp an infection and make you stink! It’s not going to do anything to your hair growth!

With 90% of the hair on your head in the growing stage and 10% in the resting stage, the 10% will eventually fall out and be replaced with new hair growth.

  2. Vitamins and diet, if you eat right and sleep tight there is no need to do anything else. Vitamins if you’re lacking in one area.
  3. Treatments work? You MAY  experience in the vacinity of 1-3% difference but hardly.  Remember it’s seasonally excelerated.

Get the facts and don’t be sucked into buying treatments or products that claim can give you a full head of hair, they don’t work!
