We are tired of food, can’t sleep but you are still getting stressed about your hair. Given the fact that we all have so much time on our hands it’s obvious that you are seeing your reflection in the mirror 8-10 times more than before. The reality is most likely your not blow drying as much if at all but you haven’t trimmed it for several months now and we know that’s the case because we have all been on lockdown.
If you are lucky enough to have a space that has direct sunlight I’m sure you are counting your blessings and soaking up some much needed Vitamin D which according to not only my mother but many doctors is essential for our bodies Heath and maintaining a healthy immune system.
Now given you have also run out of lots of products please make sure you cover your hair with a scarf or hat because the direct sunlight will suck the moisture out of your hair and cause it to get brittle and break. Do not go outside with oil in your hair, this will make the damage happen faster and if you have a leave in conditioner add liberally beforehand. Enjoy the sun in moderation.
Once the Salons open it should be one of the first things you do, get back into a hair routine and get a trim.
