It’s no secret that our bodies need water but for some of us we still need reminding. No coffee doesn’t count it’s water, plain water you need to drink.

We look for a diet that suits our need, one that includes our favourite foods, one that doesn’t really restrict us at all or change much of what we are already doing because at the end of the day we are lazy creatures.
So before you start googling diet for healthy hair and keep searching for something that looks like what you already eat, know that you need to capture all 5 food groups to be a healthy human and you need 2+ litres of water per day. Once your body is getting what it needs, then everything will function the way it’s meant too!
You can’t make your hair grow faster, you can only get your body to its prime healthy state.
