The lockdown gave my hair a fresh start

The cut, which is the most important element of getting the curl to behave move and perform the way you want is all about our “dry cutting” technique. Going far beyond simply cutting hair dry it works using the natural flow and movement of the hair to encourage a better formed curl that looks soft, behave and have some kind of purpose. It’s about creating the right weight, texture and structure so the natural flow of the hair is maintained and functions with ease with or without product!

How to stay in bed another 30 min every day

This generation seem to sleep less and are more in touch with everything everywhere, but when it comes to getting out of bed we all need or maybe want an extra 20-30 min extra if we are honest!

So how to do it?

Well it sounds so basic you may want to skip to end but it’s really simple.

Hair grows in certain ways on various parts of your hair, it falls in a certain direction, creating bumps, waves and weight in a way that is unique to you and your hair! No two heads are the same!

We cut hair both wet and dry, not just the act of  washing it or not washing it but it is the way we can predict the movement long after you have left the salon and are home alone on a Saturday night trying to get ready.

Now before you go book yourself into your local salon please understand this, just cutting your hair dry will never ever ever be the same. It is a science of hair movement that we train on and takes years to understand as well as having the correct tools.

If the hair is cut correctly there is no need for constant blow outs, unless your planning a more formal look or just want to treat yourself.

So now you don’t have to worry about your hair as much in the mornings and you can sleep in a little.
