Having grown up in rural Australia with towns as small as 3000 people you become used to or even enjoy time to yourself. Now obviously this is on another level entirely with movement restrictions which makes it hard to feel free – Rod
Having less interaction with people, less stories to tell, less mind clutter and less problem solving can all make our minds go completely blank. This for most people has never happened in their entire life. For an Indian family or a lot of Asian households they are blessed ( or not depending on the situation ) to have family close by, possibly all in the one house confined together, all going bat shit crazy ( pardon the pun 🦇).
You have to be conscious of your mind, your thoughts and the way you maintain your thoughts during this time like never before! Make no mistake depression is real and it will creep up on you if you do not make the effort to focus and relax.
This is not forever, sure as hell feels like it right now honestly we know. Yes it’s caused so much sickness globally that you are scared, the financial damage to us all is terrible and a lot of that damage we won’t see until the virus has gone. You may have lost your job, your business, your house but don’t loose your mind! You decide how you react to this new time, you decide how you will level up and fight for what you want. This is a once in a lifetime destructive situation that the bounce back will be unbelievable. You have to be ready because it will come, it will be back to a normal way of life, we will rise up and you have to be ready for it.
This is not about anyone knowing more or less this is just to say the way you are feeling is normal, we will get through it together. Listen to some music, get sunshine which is super important and be productive with this time you have right now by thinking outside the box! Plan your comeback and be ready!
