Sleeping till 11 everyday and not showering till 5

A lot of us yes us have easily slipped into becoming couch potatoes and whilst it feels good to be able to have this eratic relaxed way of life, it’s not productive nor good for our mental health.

It’s been over a week we have been on lockdown in India it’s now time to fire up the engines and start getting your fire back. It’s time to get a routine that’s encouraging to bring out the best in you for you! If your struggling with lack of interaction then get on the phone and call 10-15 friends and ask them how they are doing, call your family, call your workmates and say hi. It’s not about talking negative about the situation it’s about lifting us all up! Stay positive and stay focused the comeback is going to be sweet!
