Most people would agree that a small dose of sunshine on your skin changes the way we feel dramatically and while there is a lot of talk and evidence not too expose yourself too much, we need vitamin D for our body to function and grow.
Can your hair be exposed too much, the easy answer is yes and whilst there are a lot of sun protection products obviously prevention is better. Try tying your hair up and wrapping in a scarf, a hat, you can use a leave in moisturiser and or serum which have UV protectors in them also.
Don’t live in the shade and always wear sunscreen on your skin apply every hour!
