You are what you eat
I grew up with the understanding of quality in quality out when it comes to food and from a young age we were all taught about the five food groups. Yet some people still think that they can skip a few and it hardly matters, but want the best of everything and it just doesn’t work that way. I have even heard nutritionists recommending to ignore it ( please avoid myths & shortcuts unless your in the army )
When it comes to hair, skin & nails it is the quickest way to see your true health. We all need certain natural vitamins and minerals in our diet to function and grow the way we were designed. Certain amount of sleep, water, protein, carbohydrates etc etc you can not eat shit, have a terrible sleeping pattern and go to the gym and expect it to all balance out because it won’t.
8 hours of sleep, 2 litres of water and your daily quota of each food group then you will be on the right track for healthy hair. Obviously no matter how good you are at following the above you need a trim every 6-8 weeks and using good products. Trust me the people who follow this even if it’s only at 90% have a better quality of life, there attitude is better as well as there hair.
No matter how hot you think you are, no one lives forever and eventually it will bite you in the butt.
