What is behind our brand

Opening a business is one thing most people can do, doesn’t have to be big in fact can be a roadside food cart it’s not that difficult. But creating a brand is another and having the DNA of that brand run true is hard work and not always sexy.

When you start out, it’s basically just you and maybe another person who start it together and you are both full of ideas, then along comes others opinions and ideas of what you should be doing. They all tell you what you should do ( rarely do they have any experience ) and they offer opinion every moment they get. Consumers will happily tell you and in abundance too.

Rarely do you find a brand ( not just a logo ) that speaks the true DNA of the brand or founders message. It’s hard not to be pulled into the vortex of towing the line and doing what everyone else does in fact it’s tiring. But we as a brand are young at heart, love laughing mostly at ourselves and love making people feel & look good. We do this in an unfiltered way, using sex, sexuality and life.

We don’t do mani pedi, not today and it’s not our intention to ever doing it, we are a hair salon! We don’t specialise in bridal hair, we possibly never will. We do hair, it’s a hair salon. We dont do make up, we do hair.

As we said, it’s easy to create a logo and do what everyone else does, we choose to be individual and do what we actually love doing, hair!
