Try this and see for yourself

They say it only takes 21 days to break a habit and let’s be honest we all have a few, smoking, drinking, complaining etc etc and more importantly our behaviour to ourselves and others!

I guess I have noticed this more in the last few years and there is no need to be angry at people, in fact it’s proven that when your being treated badly you will never be at your peak, more likely to make stupid mistakes and most likely not learn a thing.

If something isn’t working or if has gone sideways ( which things do sometimes ) stop reacting and get back on track, have a face to face with the people involved and help them see your view and talk through what happened and how it could be different.
