We have a big problem, it seems that a lot of you have been taught to complain on anything and you get a discount, shout, write reviews and even just camp out to get some % discount and its kind of sad. Now whilst there are times when you should complain and strongly we agree! There are also times when you the customer is wrong! Yes WRONG. If you after a lengthy conversation nd many many many rferences and discussions beyond normal still want to do something against our recommendations then the shoe is on your foot! Will we sympathise with you, hell yes but we will also tell you that we told you so. A change of mind is completely different to a bad color, some people think they can have 2-3 colors over 1-2 weeks and all in the name of ” let me try it and see” it DOESN’T work like that!

Now if you are reading this it may sound like w dont care and tht could not be the furtherest from the truth, in fact we have told people we would not do things to their hair becuase we knew it was not 1. what they wanted 2. wouldnt suit and have lost a sale for it. HOWEVER there are some that still come thinking that they know more than us, listen to our advice and reasons why we dont think they should do something then go and tell us to do it anyway.

Well if you are after someone to just to do what you know and not be a profesional then please do not come, there are so many salons that are happy to say yes mam, sure mam knowing that they are about to destroy your hair but pay anyway. Thats not us!

 

Our policy is really simple, if we have done something wrong we fix it no matter what, if you have changed your mind then its going to cost you the difference. Respect the Art and listen to professionals. We always disclose the cost before we start if we are asked, we do NOT look at someone and assume they can not afford us, if you get extra servives its a fairly well said thing to assume its going to cost extra, if you are having color then want a cut for example its extra. We do not do a lot of services that we think are simply for revenue because of our ethics, we pride ourselves in being transparent.

So things like some salons writing bad reviews on other salons, writing good ones on there own 😂 yes on Facebook as well as other websites.

The best way to find out about a salon is 100% not the right way unless it’s a review from Vogue, Elle or Cosmo it’s really not worth wasting your time or risking your hair is it?

Reviews have changed just like a lot of things have, it’s the digital age so checking out s restaurant, salon or hotel is now all you need to do is go onto Instagram or Facebook and search hashtags it will make you second guess yourself or possibly satisfy your decision on where to get your hair done.

Getting a bad haircut although we all joke it’s 2 weeks between a good haircut and a bad haircut, the reality is complete opposite.
