Food that makes your hair grow

There is has and always will be some trend food that claims to make your hair grow faster, thicker and healthier and this one is nothing short of a miracle!

The reality is very different and whilst you have another tab open on hacks to increase your Instagram following, just like that tab too it’s all kind of crap!

Your intake is part of what determines hair growth but it’s also genetic, so I guess a cream, lotion or magic berry from the amazon isn’t going to do that much. There are 5 basic food groups ( google it ) eat from all the required groups daily and you will set your body up for success. Could be training for a marathon or simply wanting to be healthy, it’s the fuel your body needs to function at its best.

Supplements are ok to some extent but understand if something like “folate” helps hair grow, eating folate rich foods and then taking folate tablets isn’t going to double up your growth. Basic common sense, add some of that to your diet and eat healthy, not for a week and expect results it’s more like a lifestyle than a fad.

No food can stop hair fall, it’s like trying to stop your nails growing, you can’t.
