So many people put the focus on skin and cleansing your face, removing makeup and closing pores but are happy to wash hair every 3-4 days. It’s completely absurd to leave the perspiration, dirt, product and pollution on your hair and scalp for days and not have some side effects!
The growth or healthy growth of hair and maintaining it is largely linked to the PH level of your scalp. This is effected by what’s on it or rather what’s not, sure you can use product but it must be washed off daily. Sure you can workout but you must wash the perspiration directly after your workout.
No matter how special you are or think you are, science doesn’t care. Leave it, fine because your busy and don’t want to blowdry daily then maybe you have the wrong haircut or don’t know how to manage it.
