Some people say the more you wash it the more it falls out?

Absolutely false, nonsense and completely opposite in fact if you don’t wash your hair/scalp enough it can cause hair loss. 100% safe to shampoo daily.

I use an anti dandruff shampoo and if I try to stop using it my scalp becomes so dry why?

Easy, most so called dandruff shampoo is so full of harsh detergents that your scalp is over cleansed, removed from everything so the moment you stop and change shampoo your body which has been working faster to produce oil to combat the drying effects from the shampoo not almost overnight the dryness returns.  Kind of like a natural marketing trick to keep you hooked. Stop using it and for 2 weeks wash it daily and it will get better and your body will Adjust.

Natural oils good or bad?

Ok so this one we have heard it all, your body produces oil, sebum oil ( it’s not coconut or almond oil not olive oil ) now this is for no other reason than to create the right ph on your scalp,the perfect combination of oil ( sebaceous oil ) and water (perspiration). Is it good to have overly oily hair? NO Should you not wash it to get the oils to protect the hair? NO. The scalp needs daily shampooing especially in areas the temperature doesn’t go below 25-30 almost all year.

Oil attracts dust and dirt and it gets stuck to it, then the heat it becomes bacteria and now you have a itchy scalp. Most people who get an itchy scalp could be cured if they washed daily with the right shampoo but yet happy to keep scratching because either their mum or a blogger decided to promote their mothers ideas vs actual facts.
