How we like to work

In any salon in any part of the world things work differently but in most salons, you make a booking at a certain time, turn up ( on time ) get your hair done and the world keeps rotating.

Sadly there is the odd occasion we all can run late, it happens and we understand, the odd occasion we do too.

When this happens we call you and would like to think you would do the same, if we are booked out then we will schedule another time that suits both you and us. All this sounds very civil and realistic I know, even more sadly people with a 45 min booking either don’t call or answer the phone when we call or call an hour later and tell us they are running 10 min late because of traffic.

We hold appointments for 10 min then if we can’t get hold of you, you haven’t called then we will take another booking in place of you. When we have a list of people who want that slot it’s not fair not too.

Now repeat this twice and we can’t make bookings for you, you will have to drop in and try your luck.

If you have a booking and don’t pick up our reminder ( so you can keep the booking maybe but maybe not kind of attitude) at the end of that day we cancel it if we have not been able to get in touch ( we will try calling you three times ). We will give that time to someone else.

Please respect our time as much as we love doing hair, we can’t operate blocking times and not having people turn up because the traffic, kids, dogs, maids, driver or whatever creative excuse you can imagine. We are humans and get it but there is two sides to the coin. ✌🏻❤️
