How not to behave in a salon, an open letter

Dear Sharon,

Thank you for calling and booking in an appointment for your hair tomorrow at 10am and yes we will call you before the end of the day to remind you ( because we know you are sooo busy and even though you only called at 6pm on a Monday we know you life gets away so we will call you in a few hours )

It’s no problem you decided to not wake up early, it’s cold and in reality setting the alarm at 9.50 when you’re 20 min away kind of isn’t really going to work it’s fine. Good to have that option in case you did wake up early I guess, it’s fine we turned away 3 other people for that time it’s fine. Don’t worry just like last time why not rock up the following day at 10 and say we made a mistake, should work right, or just come once your awake take your time and just say you got stuck in traffic.

Don’t worry, it’s not like we have a naughty list and people like you we love cutting your hair, 100% we wouldn’t put you on it 🤭

Appointments are just a rough idea when you may or may not come, but if the rest of our clients do the same thing, we know you won’t mind waiting when someone does the same thing and we run late, even though you may have a flight, we know your ok with catching the next one.

We remember and smile the time you also made 4 appointments in the same day, but so sweetly told us you would “let us know which worked best”.

You Sharon are awesome, thanks for coming we love you.
