Well it’s fairly basic but so are some of you, we guess your thinking it’s food or some exotic fruit but here are the facts! 

  1. Hair is dead once it leave your scalp so FYI putting anything on it isn’t making it grow faster! If you pour water over a dead cat would it be able to drink it? No
  2. Regular trims (6-8weeks) doesn’t make it grow faster but reduces split ends hence reducing of length. 
  3. 8-10 hours of sleep a night. Yes some of you should have hair like Rupanzel right about now!
  4. Healthy diet! There are 5 food groups all nutritionists around the world know about them, it’s not a secret. Eat something from each group daily. Don’t over eat, don’t skip and don’t try to convince yourself you can cheat.  Healthy body healthy hair!
  5. Use good products, for f*%# sake just because they have a Marketing budget doesn’t mean it’s the best product! Do some research get the facts!
